Aaron Rider

Managing Partner

Aaron has spent a lifetime building relationships in all aspects; personally, and professionally. His belief is that relationships are the most important part of a meaningful life of servitude and practices this at home, with coworkers, his community, clients, candidates, and the guy at the checkout in the grocery store. He loves a good challenge and enjoys using this challenging kind of task to deliver a great solution for his clients. He’s a dad of two young children, who loves getting involved with their activities and interests. He also loves being involved with his community and contributing where he can, to help others, in their quest for a better life.

Adrian Rider

Chief Operating Officer

Adrian joined the Eggers Executive Search team in July of 2022 bringing 20 years of operations, sales and marketing experience from his time spent in collegiate athletics within Creighton University. He takes pride in building fulfilling, long-term relationships, surrounding himself with positive community leaders and giving back to others. Within Eggers Executive, he is responsible for the firm’s operations, organizational and structural growth as well as internal hiring and training of staff. Adrian is married with three children, loves engaging with his family activities, coaching, fishing and exercising with his F3 Omaha leadership group. Adrian played baseball for both the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Creighton Bluejays and is a proud CU alumni.

Ryan Terry

Senior Executive Search Consultant [IN, OH, KY]

Prior to coming to Eggers, Ryan specifically recruited Commercial Bankers for over 12 years. Ryan has experience placing many Senior Bankers, Market Presidents, and Chief Lending Officers, to name a few. As a Senior Executive Recruiter, Ryan brings only the best talent to his clients through networking, recruiting, and building relationships. Currently, Ryan covers the states of Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, as well as clients in surrounding states. He brings profit-oriented candidates to the table for his clients in order to deliver a specific need. Outside of the office, Ryan is married and has four kids. He has been involved in coaching youth football for the last 11 years and has also been running an Elite Youth Wrestling club for the last 6 years. He is also the owner and operator of TNT Realty.

Phil Anania

Senior Executive Search Consultant [AZ, CO, CA, OK]

Over the course of his professional career, Phil has continually grown his skills as a full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, industry knowledge, and marketing consultant. He finds joy in guiding individuals toward achieving their dream job while at the same time helping a company gain a first-rate employee. As the owner and operator of a successful restaurant, the many years he spent in the Service industry prepared Phil to master what it takes to be successful- to be responsible and enthusiastic in everything he does. He understands the importance of customer service, how to manage people, and workflow. Later, Phil transitioned to restaurant consulting and marketing until he started to work as a recruiter. In his free time, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, cat, and dog. He loves to cook for his family, swim at the neighborhood pool, exercise, and go for hikes.

Caleb Passo

Executive Search Consultant [KS, MO, TX]

Caleb Passo is an Omaha native and proud University of Kansas graduate who has been drawn to finance and people-first work from the start. A finance internship early in his career introduced him to financial services, and a stint managing a high-volume bar operation sharpened his instincts for client service and relationship building before he ever made his first placement. At KU, he led fraternity recruitment efforts that brought in three freshman classes of 40+ members each, a role that provided early exposure to the industry. Since joining Eggers, Caleb has hit the ground running, making his first placement within three weeks and exceeding his year one goals, momentum he is eager to build on heading into year two. Now focused on commercial banking search across Kansas, Missouri, and Texas, he is committed to long-term alignment for both the institutions he serves and the bankers he represents. Outside of work, he is the proud older brother to three sisters and an avid Jayhawk fan.

Samay Bhojwani

Software Systems Engineering Intern

Samay was born and raised in Vadodara and he is the person behind the systems that keep Eggers running smoothly. Driven by a genuine empathy for how people work, he gravitates toward automation and thoughtful software because he knows firsthand how much the right tools can remove from someone's plate. He brings that same instinct to everything he builds, keeping things simple, useful, and out of the way. Outside of work, Samay writes songs, plays guitar, and has a deep appreciation for artists who commit fully to who they are. He believes the best work, like the best music, comes from people who are unapologetically themselves.
